ALEX is the official site for Alabama's Common Core standards. The site lists the standards by grade and by subject. This is a great source to use to check out what your child will be learning this year.

PBS kids is a great website for children who are learning their letters, math, reading, etc. PBS features learning games and activities that help children learn through having fun. I strongly recommend letting your child play on this site for extra help.

ABC mouse is a website that I personally use in my classroom. I have an account set up and each child with a log in name and password. I sent home each child's useername and password in their take home folders. Please, allow your child to log on periodically for extra help.

Noggin is another academic resource! Noggin helps students learn their letters, shapes, numbers, colors, and much more!

P21 is a framework that is a view of 21st century learning and teaching that has high focus on 21st century outcomes.
